About
Story

Growing up I have always had a keen interest in sports, participating in competitive swimming, golf, rugby, and more. Through this, I first started weight training when I was 16 and became further interested in human movement, which prompted me to pursue a degree in Kinesiology at UBC with a minor in Nutritional Sciences. Taking a keen interest in Neuroanatomy and physiology, Motor learning and behaviour, Nutrition, as well as Exercise Science, set the foundational knowledge and understanding of how each system of the body flows from one to another. I began personal training in 2017 and immediately fell in love with the process of helping individuals discover their true potential and passion in becoming a better version of themselves everyday, whether it be a body recomposition, muscle gain, rehab, athletic performance, or powerlifting goal.
